Vladimir Dmitrievich ANDRIANOV (Volodya)
is the head of the Far Eastern Countries Department of the All Russian Market
Research Institute (VNIKI), which is part of the Ministry of External Economic
Relations. He enjoys sports. His Ph.D. in economic is from Moscow State
University.
