Andrei Vadimovich Bakhvalov (Andrew)
studied engineering from the Moscow High Technical School (Bauman) and has
received training in economics and international trade from the All-Union
Academy for Foreign Trade in Moscow. With extensive computer Experience, Dr.
Bakhvalov previously was employed as a computer center manager at the automotive
plant, Moskvitch. Prior to that, he was a computer engineer in the automatic
systems laboratory at the Moscow High Technical School. Through LEAD, he hopes
to learn more about economic development, industry, and finance.
