Boris Pavlovich Guseletov is vice
president of the Ural Government and Business Executives Training Center in
Ekaterinburg, where he also was international chief of staff. Dr. Guseletov was
associate professor at the Ural Politechnical Institute in Russia, where he
earned his doctoral degree in engineering. He has been both, director of the
regional department of the People's Party of Free Russia and president of the
Russian Association of 'The School of Democratic Culture'. Dr. Guseletov is
interested in environmental education and business administration.
