Andrew Olegovich Minenkov, general
director of the Foreign Economical Association at Souzsporttechnica in Moscow,
was also deputy director of the computer center at the Sport Army Club. Educated
at the Moscow Institute of Radio-electronics and Automatics, Dr. Minenkov
received his degrees in radio engineering. He competed in the 1976 and 1980
Winter Olympics figure skating competition and was World Champion in 1975 and
1977. As a LEAD Associate, Dr. Minenkov will address matters that pertain to
business administration and industry.
