Armen VALESYAN is an assistant
professor and lecturer of geography at Yerevan State University. He is
interested in studying ethnic conflicts, urban change and development planning.
He has a Ph.D. in economic geography from the Institute of Geography in Moscow
and a master's degree in geography from Yerevan State University in Armenia.
