Dmitri SOLOVIEV, a biologist and
an environmental manager, is a chief advisor and permanent representative of the
Ministry for the Natural Protection of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in Moscow.
His postgraduate research work is related to the social, environmental and
economic problems of regional development.
