Serdar M. TASHLIEV is the deputy
chairman of the State Commodity and Raw Material Stock Exchange of Turkmenistan.
He is responsible for cotton contract analyses (quotations, export, ginning and
markets). He also participates in programs concerning the development of an
export-import policy of Turkmenistan. He has a bachelor's degree and a master's
degree in technology from the Hydro-Reclamation Institute in Moscow.
