Marina V. VISHNIAKOVA is the dean
of the geography and regional policy departments at the University of Russia's
Academy of Education, where she aims to promote good educational management
based on non-conflict decisions. In addition, for four years she has been
holding seminars throughout Russia on how to successfully coordinate
non-conflict resolutions of different groups of people. Her research interests
concern the challenge of optimal coordination of people with different mental
profiles in the same environment.
M.V. Vishniakova graduated from Moscow State University in 1985 and completed a
postgraduate course at the Institute of Geography of Russia's Academy of Science
in 1992. She also has a diploma in public discussion management from the US
Agency for International Development
