Natalia GOLOUBETSKAIA is councilor
of the Interparliamentary Assembly Standing Commission on Environmental
Protection for the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). She is interested
in politics, economy, ecology and problems of sustainable development. She holds
a Ph.D. in economics.
