Maxim Y. MOREV works for United
Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Regional Office in Moscow as a
head of Data Base Group. He is responsible for collection and analysis of
informaiton on refugees and forced migrants ont he territory of the Russian
Federation. Prior to this, he worked for the commercial Russian Bank 'Inkombank'
and the Russian Ministry for Environmental Protection.
Mr. Morev holds a university degree in computer sciences and Master degree in
International economic relations. His scientific interests are int he Economics
of Resource Management and in Economic Policy Management.
