Alexandr Alexeyevich VAKAREV is a
research associate in the department of foreign policy and National Security
Center of Strategic Research in the Office of the President of the Republic of
Tadjikistan. He is a member of the national team of instructors on management in
extreme situations, and has taken part in many national and international
seminars and conferences.
A.A. Vakarev has a doctorate in economic sciences from Tadjik State University.
His academic thesis and eight subsequent publications have addressed the topic
of state regulation of the economies of regions in the Republic of Tadjikistan
in extreme situations.
