Marina ROUBTSOVA is a Deputy
Director in Eco-education and Tourizm in the Central-Forest State Biosphere
Nature Reserve. She graduated from Moscow State University (zoology). She also
has an additional education as a Montessori-teacher and she is the Director of
Montessori Centre for small children in Tver region, Russia. Marina has been
orginizing the eco-village because she is interested in sustainable development
on the protected area and around it. Also she is interested in Montessori
education - education for Young Leaders. She coordinates her activities with a
number of NGOs and Educational Centres involved in the protection of nature and
education. She often takes part in conferences related to nature conservation
and education and is also interested in ecovillages, sustainable forestry and
agriculture, waste management in rural and energy consumption.
